My name is Roberta and I have always had a great passion... TRAVELING!!!
I have always been a very curious person, eager to explore new places and learn about cultures different from my own.
After a diploma as a tourism expert and a three-year degree in Cultural Operator for Tourism at the University of Cagliari; my love for art in its different forms led me to obtain a master's degree in Archeology and Art History. In love with Sardinia, its history, its traditions, culture and natural beauty, I qualified to practice as a tourist guide in order to be able to talk about my island.
My studies in tourism, my experience in the world of travel and my professionalism allow me to recommend the best destinations and assist you for the entire duration of your trip, both in Italian and in English and French. I speak multiple languages because I have always had the desire to interact with different people and places!

Authentic journeys between Tanzania and Zanzibar
In addition to the classic tourist services, I organize group travel in Africa and throughout the world, with special attention to the land that has become part of my life: Tanzania.
Over the years I have deeply explored this country, specializing in the organization of tailor-made trips, safaris in Tanzania e trips to Zanzibar. I lived in different locations on the island of Unguja, in the Zanzibar archipelago, completely immersing myself in the local reality and learning Kiswahili.
I have personally visited numerous facilities, locations, nature reserves and national parks, building authentic experiences among the great classics and lesser-known itineraries. Come on safari in Africa from the most iconic parks to the most remote areas, each trip is designed to offer something unique, up to the immensity of Lake Victoria.
Deeply marked by these experiences, I chose to call my business Mama Dunia Travel. “Mama Dunia”, in Kiswahili, means “Mother Earth”: a name that represents the wonder of the world and respect for what surrounds us.

In recent years the presence of Mama Dunia Travel in Tanzania has been increasingly consolidated, up to a local operational base.
It is the result of years of living on site, of direct work in the area and of collaborations built over time.
This project grows together with Clement, historic local partner and point of reference for our safaris in Tanzania. I have shared experience, trust and work in the field with him for years.
