We will discover the timeless charm ofEgypt with a group trip complete package that combines the thousand-year history of Cairo with the magic of an evocative cruise on the Nile. An itinerary designed for those who want to experience the wonders of the ancient Pharaonic civilization.

The journey starts from Luxor, the largest open-air archaeological museum in the world.

A Luxor we will discover the majestic temple complexes of Karnak and Luxor, the famous Valley of the Kings and the funerary monuments of the pharaohs. After the visits, boarding the motor ship for the river cruise Need, a unique experience that combines relaxation, culture and spectacular views.

The Nile cruise it represents one of the best ways to learn about the history of ancient Egyptian civilization while enjoying a comfortable stay at the same time.

Our group trip to Egypt continues with the transfer to the capital Cairo, the cultural and historical heart of the country. 1st Day 26 October 2026 Let's go!

The day of departure has finally arrived! Departure from Italy with intercontinental flight.

Arrival at Luxor airport, where we will be welcomed by the representative of the local agency for assistance during the entry procedures into Egypt.
Transfer to the river port, boarding the motor vessel and accommodation in the reserved cabins.

Dinner and overnight stay on the motorboat.

2nd Day 27 October 2026 Luxor, West Bank and navigation to Edfu

Breakfast on board the motorboat and departure for the excursion to the West Bank of Luxor, the area of ​​the royal necropolises of ancient Thebes. The visit begins with the famous one Valley of the Kings, where the monumental tombs of the pharaohs of the New Kingdom are kept, richly decorated with paintings and hieroglyphics that tell the story of the journey into the afterlife.

We continue with the evocative funerary Temple of Hatshepsut, an extraordinary scenic complex built into the rock and dedicated to the powerful queen-pharaoh, one of the most elegant monuments of Egyptian architecture. Photo stop in front of the majestic Colossi of Memnon, gigantic statues that guarded the entrance to the funerary temple of Amenhotep III.

Return to the motorboat for lunch on board. In the afternoon start of navigation on the Need in the direction of Edfu, crossing the Esna lock and enjoying the views of life along the river, among villages, palm groves and crops.

Dinner and overnight stay on board the motor ship, lulled by the peaceful navigation on the Nile.

3rd Day 28 October 2026 Edfu and Kom Ombo

Breakfast on board the motorboat and departure to visit the magnificent Edfu Temple, one of the best preserved temples in theancient Egypt, dedicated to the falcon god Horus. The complex, from the Ptolemaic era, is striking for its imposing dimensions, the monumental pylons and the refined reliefs that tell the myths and rituals of the Egyptian tradition.

Return to the motorboat and lunch on board while navigation continues along the Nile in the direction of Come Ombo. Upon arrival, visit the scenic Temple of Kom Ombo, a singular symmetrical sanctuary dedicated to two deities: Sobek, the crocodile god linked to water and fertility, and Haroeris, manifestation of Horus. The position of the temple, directly overlooking the river, gives a particularly evocative atmosphere especially at sunset.

After the visit, return on board and continue sailing towards Aswan, among landscapes of palm groves, Nubian villages and feluccas gliding on the water.

4th Day 29 October 2026 Aswan, Abu Simbel (optional) and Philae Temple

Breakfast on board and free morning in Aswan for individual activities, relaxation on the motorboat or personal excursions.

Possibility to participate in the optional excursion to the famous templi in Abu Simbel, among the most spectacular monuments of ancient Egypt, built by Pharaoh Ramses II and today a UNESCO world heritage site. The temples, carved directly into the rock and saved from the waters of Lake Nasser thanks to an impressive international intervention, impress with their colossal statues and extraordinary architectural harmony. Packed breakfast during the trip. Return to the motorboat for lunch.

Time available to relax on board. In the afternoon departure to visit the suggestive Temple of Philae, magnificently located on an island and dedicated to the goddess Isis, one of the most fascinating and scenic sanctuaries in Egypt. During the excursion, a panoramic stop at the Aswan High Dam, a grandiose modern engineering work that transformed the course of the Nile.

Return to the motorboat, dinner and overnight stay on board, enjoying the magical atmosphere of the Nile at sunset.

5th Day 30 October 2026 From Aswan to Cairo

Breakfast on board the motorboat and disembarkation in Aswan. Transfer to the airport accompanied by the Tour Leader and departure with domestic flight to Cairo.

Upon arrival in the capital, meeting with local assistance and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation in reserved rooms and time available for a first contact with the lively atmosphere of the city, between modernity and thousand-year-old history.

6th Day 31 October 2026 Cairo: Pyramids of Giza and Great Egyptian Museum

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a day entirely dedicated to discovering the plain of Giza, where the iconic Pyramids of Giza stand: the Cheops pyramid, the only one among the Seven Wonders of the ancient world that still exists, together with the pyramids of Chefren and Menkaure. The visit also includes the suggestive Valley Temple and the famous Great Sphinx of Giza, immortal symbol of ancient Egypt.

Lunch in a local restaurant during the excursion.

In the afternoon visit the modern Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), the largest archaeological museum dedicated to a single civilisation, which houses an extraordinary collection of finds from ancient Egypt, including monumental statues, sarcophagi, royal treasures and precious artefacts from the main necropolises of the country.

Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

7th Day 1 November 2026 Historic Cairo: Citadel, Museum of Egyptian Civilization and Khan el Khalili

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for a day dedicated to discovering the historical and cultural face of Cairo.

The morning begins with a visit to the suggestive Citadel of Cairo, an imposing fortified complex built by Saladin in the 12th century. Inside you can admire the splendid Muhammad Ali Mosque, known as the Alabaster Mosque, famous for its large domes, refined interiors and panoramic terrace which offers a magnificent view of the city.

Lunch in a local restaurant.

In the afternoon visit the modern National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, which tells the history of Egypt from its origins to the contemporary era through a rich collection of finds, including the famous royal mummies.

The day ends with a walk in the lively Khan el-Khalili, the city's historic market, a labyrinth of alleys, artisan shops, spices and perfumes where you can breathe in the most authentic atmosphere of Cairo.

Return to hotel and overnight stay.

8th Day November 2 Goodbye Egypt!

Breakfast at the hotel and free time until the scheduled transfer to Cairo airport.

Transfer to the airport with assistance from local staff and support during the check-in and boarding procedures for the return international flight.

What documents are needed?
  • It is necessary Passport, with residual validity of at least 6 (six) months on the date of arrival in the country.

    Only for turismo, entry into the country is possible with Paper or electronic identity card valid for travel abroad, which has a residual validity of more than 6 (six) months, accompanied by two passport-sized photos, necessary to obtain the visa that is requested from the local border authorities upon arrival in the country. In the absence of photos, the presentation of only the Identity Card will NOT issue an entry visa: it is therefore recommended to obtain photos before leaving Italy.

What age are the travellers?

In our group trips we do not indicate a minimum or maximum age of the participants. Traveling together with many different people we understood that it's not the age difference that counts, but the spirit!

Is there a common fund?

No, there is no common fund on our trips! Everyone can pay independently for meals not included and optional activities.

How many people will the group consist of?

Maximum 12/14 travellers. Our groups are made up of a few people in order to follow everyone as best as possible.
